Terms and Conditions
General
If you place orders with PCK Belgium BV, it means you agree to the general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions apply exclusively, unless otherwise agreed. The general terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. PCK Belgium BV cannot be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website, in the e-store or catalogue as to the accuracy or content of the information. Neither can PCK Belgium BV be held responsible for the consequences of incorrect use of the purchased products. Installation instructions must be strictly followed. Manufacturing defects are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty. This does not cover wear and tear.
Prices
All prices listed in the e-store are in euros, exclusive of VAT and shipping. Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. PCK Belgium BV cannot be held responsible for any text errors or other errors that cause the price to be displayed incorrectly.
Payment
PCK Belgium BV offers payment options. PCK Belgium BV will send you an invoice after the goods have been delivered, to be paid within 30 days. If it is not paid in time, no new orders will be processed.
Until all outstanding invoices are settled.
The 2% discount will only be settled if the invoice is paid within 8 days. From day 9, this discount no longer applies.
Orders
If you place an order, you agree to the terms and conditions and the purchase of the selected products. After ordering, your purchase will be processed as soon as possible. PCK Belgium BV reserves the right to refuse orders, part of orders or customers, and may deliver an incomplete order. Customers will receive an e-mail about undelivered products from PCK Belgium BV. Overpaid products will be refunded if necessary. We are only bound by an order after we have confirmed it or started execution. Product, price, and order information are prepared and communicated subject to change and correction.
When placing the order, the buyer must provide their name, address, and payment information. The buyer guarantees that this data is truthful.
Deliveries
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the buyer. PCK Belgium BV will deliver your order between 3 and 8 working days in Belgium, and between 4 and 14 working days in the Netherlands, always upon receipt of payment.
The stated delivery period is purely indicative, and in no way binding on the part of PCK Belgium BV.
An incorrectly communicated address is the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs at the customer's expense.
PCK Belgium BV is entitled to make partial deliveries.
PCK Belgium BV cannot be held liable if a parcel is returned due to a wrongly entered address. Check all your details after entering them.
Stock
In principle, an item that is no longer available is also not available in the e-store. However, this is subject to the stock software being free of errors, which cannot always be guaranteed, and for which we ask your understanding. Orders in the e-store are constantly updated. If an item is unexpectedly no longer available, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your payment will be refunded within 15 working days at the latest, at no cost to you.
Returns
The buyer has the right to cancel a purchase, without payment of any penalty and without having to give any reason, within 7 days from the day following the order.
The buyer must return the products at their own risk and expense, in the original packaging, in undamaged and unused condition.
