In outline, your duties consist of the following work:

- Collaborate with inside administrative staff.

- Maintain customer contact both by phone and email

- Issuing quotations

- Placing purchase orders

- Logistics work

We ask:

- You have excellent computer skills and, preferably, experience with Exact-online is a plus.

- Several years of work experience in an administrative position is a plus.

- Good knowledge of the Dutch, French and English languages in word and writing is a plus.

- You are customer-friendly, solution-oriented and put our customer first.

- You enjoy working in a team where the business result is paramount.

- Even during hectic periods, you remain accurate and enthusiastic.

- In addition, do you have an affinity for our target audience? Then we are looking for you!
